Abstract:
MR-guided intervention,having evolved over four decades,has transitioned from early exploratory phase in laboratories to becoming a core technology in precision interventional medicine.Leveraging its advantages of being radiation-free,high soft tissue resolution and functional imaging capabilities,MR intervention has redefined the paradigm of precise diagnosis and treatment in interventional medicine.This article systematically reviewed its developmental journey,analyzed the underlying logic of device development and technological breakthroughs,summarized the multidimensional expansion of clinical applications,examined existing challenges,and envisions future directions,in order to provide systematic references for development of the discipline and drive the technology toward even higher levels.
