Abstract: Liver cancer is one of the leading causes of cancer-related mortality worldwide.The treatment paradigm of HCC is shifting from traditional"single-modality resection"toward an integrated model featuring"multi-strategy synergy".In recent years,neoadjuvant therapies,particularly those combining interventional approaches with immunotherapy before surgery had attracted much attention.The current evidences and emerging trends of interventional and immune-driven strategies in neoadjuvant therapy for liver cancer were reviewed in this article.
