Abstract:
Tumor treating fields (TTFields) are anti-tumor therapies using low-intensity, moderate-frequency alternating electric fields. In recent years, new discoveries have been made in the research on the use of TTFields in the treatment of glioblastoma (GBM). This article reviews the development of TTFields in the treatment of GBM and the research progress of clinical trials, safety and the evaluation of post-treatment quality of life.
