Abstract:
With the continuous development of science and technology,multidisciplinary cross-fertilization has become an essential driving force to promote scientific and technological innovation.Medical interdisciplinary cooperation not only helps to solve a series of problems in the field of medicine but also promotes the overall improvement of China's medical level and the high-quality development of hospitals.By analyzing the process and bottlenecks of interdisciplinary development in medicine,it introduces the construction of the College Road Alliance led by the Peking University Third Hospital.It summarizes the construction experience of building the essential elements,mechanisms,and institutions of interdisciplinary organizational cooperation.
