Construction and Application of Quality and Safety Management Evaluation System in Cancer Hospital

Abstract:
Objective Based on the perspective of hospital practice management,the quality and safety management evaluation system of cancer hospitals was established to provide a scientific basis for the improvement of hospital quality and safety in the evaluation cycle.Methods A preliminary evaluation index pool was formed by literature research and semi-structured interview,and then the evaluation index system and weight were determined by Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process.Finally,weighted TOPSIS method was used for empirical case analysis.Results The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of Delphi expert consultation questionnaires were 93.33％ and 100.00％,the authority coefficient was 0.724,the Kendell's W coefficient was between 0 and 1,and the CR was<0.1 .The evaluation indexes passed the consistency test.After discussion,an evaluation system of 8 dimensions and 31 evaluation indexes was constructed.At the dimension level,the weight of"medical management"is the largest (24.174％),and at the evaluation index level,the weight of"first-level quality control score rate"is the largest(7.505％).The weighted TOPSIS results show that the quality and safety evaluation score in the fourth quarter of 2023 is the highest.Conclusion The evaluation index system of quality and safety management of cancer hospitals based on the perspective of hospital practice management is scientific and operable,and the quality and safety management ability of sample hospitals is constantly improving.
