Abstract:
During thoracic endovascular aortic repair(TEVAR)for treating lesions involved aortic arch, the reconstruction of partial arch branches is the key to success, which has become a clinical hot spot and difficulty.Focused on the common methods of reconstruction of aortic arch branches during TEVAR,including hybrid parallel stent, fenestration(in vitro pre-fenestration,in situ fenestration)and branched stent techniques, research progresses of the key points of various techniques, methods for maintaining cerebral blood flow,as well as complications and prognosis were reviewed in this article,in order to provide references for clinicians.
