Abstract:
Hypothalamic syndrome is a rare condition resulting from damage to the hypothalamus, which can occur due to various etiological factors.The etiology of this syndrome is complex, and its clinical manifestations are diverse.In this report, we present a case of hypothalamic syndrome characterized by recurrent fever and hyponatremia over a duration of 12 years.By analyzing this clinical case alongside relevant literature, we aim to enhance clinicians' understanding of hypothalamic syndrome.
