Abstract:
In order to meet a variety of practice needs and the demands of general practitioners (GPs) themselves, the continuous professional development (CPD) is indispensable, which should be connected with the post-graduation education. To build a effective platform of CPD for GPs, it need the joint efforts of government, academic societies, institutions and other relevant parties, particularly the institutions should do a good job in vision management and platform construction, to assist GPs to formulate personalized development paths, and to fully inspire their self-motivation.
