Abstract:
Objective To explore the application of the"multi-level-digitalization-project-based"collaborative quality control model in hospital medical quality control and improvement. Methods The t-tests and chi-square tests were used to compare the situation before and after implementation of the"multi-level-digitalization-project-based"collaborative quality control model. Results After the implementation of the"multi-level-digitalization-project-based"collaborative quality control model, the medical quality and safety indicators such as a reduction of 3.68 DDDs in the intensity of antibacterial drug use and a decrease of 0.21 percentage points in the incidence of surgical patient complications, the work efficiency indicators of medical staff such as an increase of 8.55 percentage points in the completion rate of work tasks, the medical efficiency indicators such as a decrease of 1 1.42 min in waiting time for medical treatment, the satisfaction indicators of medical staff such as an increase of 0.84 points in job satisfaction, and the patient satisfaction indicators such as an increase of 0.48 points in satisfaction with medical experience, the differences in various indicators were all statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The"multi-level-digitalization-project-based"collaborative quality control model has achieved remarkable results in improving hospital quality and safety, reducing the incidence of adverse events, and enhancing the satisfaction of patients and medical staff. This quality control model is simple to construct and highly replicable, and can be promoted and piloted in public medical institutions at or above the second level nationwide.
