Abstract:
In clinical practice, common comorbid states between the gastrointestinal and gynecological systems present significant challenges. The strengths of TCM lie in its"treating different diseases with the same therapy"approach using classical prescriptions. In modern medicine, patients with comorbidities are often treated by different departments, and there are differences in the intervention strategies for digestive system and gynecological system diseases.TCM can treat different diseases with the idea of treating different diseases with the same therapy, grasp the core link of the problem, and simplify the treatment.During the clinical apprenticeship, the authors observed that according to the patients'spleen stomach gynecology comorbidity, the treatment can be carried out from Jueyin, which can achieve good efficacy.According to the physiological functions of Jueyin Meridian and Zang-fu organs, starting from the Jueyin failing to close, this article discussed the changes of pathogenesis caused by too much and too little Jueyin failing to close, and used the classic prescriptions to treat the gastrointestinal-gynecological comorbidities.
