Abstract:
Urban-rural hospital pairing assistance is a key measure to enhance the service capacity of primary medical institutions.According to the theoretical framework of collaborative governance,this paper systematically an-alyzes the problems existing in the pairing assistance practice process,such as the unbalanced medical resource allo-cation,imperfect coordinated safeguard mechanism,inconsistent pairing assistance subject goals,and lagging pairing assistance information construction.It also proposes to optimize the allocation of medical resources,improve management systems and incentive mechanisms,unify the goals of multiple subjects,and strengthen the informa-tion sharing mechanism.And further provide theoretical and practical references for building a sustainable pairing as-sistance mechanism and promote the high-quality development of the pairing assistance work.
