Abstract:
Based on intelligence analysisthe operation mode and talent characteristics of the hospital in weight management practice are systematically sorted outand the key bottlenecks in the professional workforce training and motivation system are analyzed.From the perspective of the integration of medical and preventionit puts forward the requirements of multidisciplinary integrated talent cultivation and ability based on the theory of outcome based education and on this basisan integrated hospital body of"college education-post-graduation education-continuing education"is formed.Re-manage the path of talent cultivation.At the same time,by achieving goal coordination and resource integrationit promotes the coordinated development of hospital weight management workforce incentives and training.This forms a diversified and multi-dimensional incentive mechanism that matches job settings with capabilities and coordinates multiple forms of remuneration resources and honors.Furthermore it enhances the overall awareness of hospital weight management by strengthening organizational culture construction.
