Abstract: Ovairan steroid cell tumor, not otherwise specified is a rare type of ovarian sex cord-stromal tumor, accounting for<0.1% of all ovarian tumors. This article analyzes the diagnosis and treatment process, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and differential diagnosis, immunohistochemistry, treatment, and prognosis of a case of ovarian SCT-NOS.
