Abstract:
Objective To analyze the impact of evidence-based nutritional nursing on the disease outcomes of patients with severe heart failure. Methods 100 patients with severe heart failure admitted to Zhejiang Rongjun Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=50)and experimental group(n=50)by using a random number table method, patients in control group received routine nutritional care, while patients in experimental group received evidence-based nutritional care. Before and after nursing, the nutritional status of patients was comprehensively evaluated based on serum nutritional indicators such as albumin(ALB),prealbumin(PAB),transferrin(TRF)levels, and mini-nutrition assessment special for heart failure(MNA-HF).The differences in nutritional status indicators, exercise endurance, disease outcomes, and satisfaction between two groups were compared. Results Compared with control group, experimental group showed higher levels of ALB,PAB,TRF,and MNA-HF scores, and better exercise endurance(P<0.05).Compared with control group, experimental group showed an increased rate of excellent disease outcomes, and the satisfaction level increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nutritional nursing interventions can improve the nutritional status of patients with severe heart failure, enhance exercise endurance, and facilitate disease progression.
