Abstract:
In recent years,online medical services in public hospitals have developed rapidly,driven by favorable policies and technological progress.The scale of online medical users in China is growing rapidly,and the supply of online medical care continues to increase.At this stage,the accessible population of online medical service has reached a high level,realizing the"availability".As a new form of medical industry,it is still in the early development stage of establishing rules and regulations,facing problems such as unclear boundaries of the scope of diagnosis and treatment,imperfect pricing and health insurance payment mechanism,incomplete pharmaceutical service chains,as well as lack of internal quality management.It is necessary to rely on the linkage of medical care,medical insurance,and medicine.In terms of medical,the scope of online medical services should be clarified and moderately expanded,appropriate departments and diseases should be selected,and Internet first diagnosis services should be explored.In terms of health insurance,the pricing of Internet diagnosis and treatment should be reasonable,and the payment mechanism of the health insurance should be perfected.In terms of medicine,the circulation of online prescriptions should be smoothed and prescription supervision should be strengthened.At the same time,it is necessary to strengthen the collaborative supervision of multiple entities to jointly ensure and guide the high-quality development of online medical services.
