Abstract:
Objective Based on data mining,the medication patterns for the treatment of diminished ovarian reserve(DOR)were explored.Methods The traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions of 100 patients diagnosed with DOR and effectively treated in Department of Gynecology,Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to December 2024 were collected to establish a database.Using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistance Platform(V3.5),data mining methods such as frequency analysis and association rules were adopted to analyze the equivalence rules of its medication frequency,nature,flavour and channel tropism,and commonly used drugs.Results In this study,a total of 100 prescriptions were analyzed,involving 123 herbs,among which those for supplementing formula was predominant.The four qi were mainly warm,while the five flavors were mainly sweet.The channel tropism were spleen channel,kidney channel and liver channel.Through association rule analysis,common drug pairs and drug combinations were obtained,among which the core drug combinations were:Danshen,Baizhu,Shanyao,Huangqi,Shudihuang,Gouqi,Shanzhuyu,Lujiaojiao.Conclusion It is concluded that professor Zhong Jie's treatment of DOR should focus on tonify qi of the spleen and stomach,emphasizing on supplementing the kidney essence and kidney yang,and paying attention to soothe the liver and regulate qi.
