Abstract:
The potential pathogenesis of liver cirrhosis and the efficacy mechanism of TCM have not been elucidated yet. This article analyzed the characteristics of animal models of liver cirrhosis based on the diagnosis and treatment standards of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, providing reference for the study of disease syndrome integration.Relevant literature about animal models of liver cirrhosis was collected.Based on the diagnostic guidelines of Western medicine and the consensus of diagnosis and treatment of TCM,the evaluation indexes of models were established, and the clinical coincidence of animal models was analyzed. The results showed that the highest degree of Western medicine anastomosis was induced by ethanol, and the model induced by CCl4,TAA and DEN had a high degree of clinical anastomosis in TCM,which could be identified as liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome. The existing animal models of liver cirrhosis can comprehensively imitate the mechanism and process of Western medicine disease, and can not meet the needs of both TCM syndrome and disease pathology.
