- Abstract: The main pathological features of Parkinson disease(PD)include accumulation of α-synuclein and loss of dopaminergic neurons.PET imaging can be used to diagnose and monitor PD and explore its neural mechanisms through specific targeted imaging agents.The research progresses of PD related PET imaging agents were reviewed in this article.
