Abstract:
Esophagogastric varices(EGV)and esophagogastric variceal bleeding(EVB)are the main causes of high mortality in patients with cirrhosis portal hypertension.Early diagnosis of EGV and EVB is extremely important.The research progresses of imaging for prediction of EGV and EVB in patients with cirrhosis were reviewed in this article.
