Abstract:
Objective:To conduct a bibliometric analysis of perioperative hypothermia related research,and to reveal the research status,hot research and frontier development in this field.Methods:The core journal literatures on perioperative hypothermia included in CNKI and Web of Science from 2004 to 2023 were systematically searched,and CiteSpace 6.2.R3 software was used for visual analysis.Results:A total of 224 Chinese articles and 883 English articles were included,and the number of articles published showed an overall upward trend.The research hotspots included colorectal surgery,elderly patients,surgical site infection,active heating,etc.The development trends include cancer care,predictive models,artificial intelligence,etc.Conclusion:In recent years,the research on perioperative hypothermia has shown an increasing trend,which is the focus of attention of scholars at home and abroad.China's number of publications is second only to the United States,but its external collaboration and academic influence are weak.In the future,the artificial intelligence technology should be used to implement scientific and effective evidence-based nursing,carry out early warning intervention for key populations of perioperative hypothermia,and broaden the depth and breadth of perioperative hypothermia research,so as to enhance China's academic influence.
