Abstract:
To summarize the nursing experience of a child with maple diabetes complicated with abdominal compartment syndrome during liver transplantation.Nursing points:dynamic monitoring of intra-abdominal pressure to alleviate symptom of abdominal compartment syndrome;strengthen the nursing care during the open period of the abdominal cavity and prepare for the second phase suture surgery;implement abdominal lavage technique to avoid intestinal fluid accumulation;carry out personalized rehabilitation training to promote the development of the nervous system;provide nutritional support,strengthen skin observation and care;empower parents of sick children and reduce the burden of care.After 48 days of diagnosis,treatment,and care,the patient recovered and was discharged from the hospital.With the follow-up for 3 months,the patient's condition is good.
