- Abstract: To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with Danon disease after heart transplantation.Nursing key points:closely monitor heart function,prevent right heart failure;phased analgesic and sedative measures were implemented to reduce the occurrence of related complications.Skeletal muscle function was evaluated and rehabilitation training was strengthened to promote the prognosis of patients.The patient was transferred to the general ward 5 days after operation,and was discharged 22 days after operation.
