Abstract:
Objective:To diagnose training injuries in the crew undergoing escort mission in Gulf of Aden with color Doppler ultrasound, and to investigate the incidence of common military training injuries and positions prone to occurrence. Methods:The occurrence of training injuries during escort mission was investigated and analyzed by reviewing the outpatient registration book and using Sonoscape S8 portable color Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus. The diagnosis of military training injuries was based on the relevant standards of Diagnostic Criteria and Prevention Principles of Military Training Injuries compiled by the CPLA Medical Research Institute of Military Training. Results:The total incidence of training injury was 13.13%, among which muscle training injury took up the largest portion, accounting for 31.21%. The training injury incidence of special operations personnel was 36.67%, ranking first among all the posts. Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasound can provide a diagnostic basis for long oceangoing military training injury.
