Abstract: Leiomyosarcoma of the spermatic cord is a rare disease. We encountered a case in a 74-yearold man. A biopsy revealed the definitive diagnosis, and right high orchiectomy was performed. No adjuvant therapy was given. The patient relapsed 2 months later and died 4 months after surgery.
