Abstract:
Descriptive epidemiological method, circular distribution methods and SaT Scan 9.4 software were used to analyze the temporal and spatial distribution, and other epidemiological characteristics of dengue fever in Beijing from 2006 to 2016. Arcgis software was used to analyze the spatial distribution of the cases. There were 131 cases of dengue fever enrolling in the present study in Beijing. Circular distribution analysis showed that the peak of dengue fever was on August 25 and the epidemic period of dengue fever was from April 28 to December 23. Dengue cases clustered as a circular region, with radius 10.20 km, centered geographic coordinates 39.98 N, 116.41 E. These dengue fever cases were mainly imported from Southeast Asia and South Asia. The onset date of illness, infection site and address showed temporal and spatial aggregation. The main occupations included staffs, students, housekeeping personnel, unemployed and business servants. The results obtained in the present paper provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of dengue fever.
