Abstract:
In this study,we stimulated mouse macrophages RAW264.7 using different concentration of soluble schistosome egg antigen (SEA) and schistosomulum antigen (SSA) respectively, the observations showed that SEA could significantly stimulate the proliferation and differentiation of RAW264.7 cells (SI > 2),and the morphology of the cells were changed dramatically and some of them were died.qPCR analysis revealed that the expression level of TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10 and CCL2 were significantly higher in SEA or SSA stimulated cell groups than that of the control group. The stimulation effects of macrophages by schistosome antigens may play an important role in the regulation of host's innate immune response and granuloma formation in schistosomiasis.
