Abstract:
Objective To discuss the clinical application of semiconductor laser combined with Xper CT in the puncture of brainstem hemorrhage.Methods The clinical data of 40 patients with brainstem hemorrhage,who were treated at the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical University of China from June 2020 to December 2023,were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 20 patients in each group.CT-guided manual puncture of brainstem hemorrhage was performed for the patients of the control group,while puncture of brainstem hemorrhage using semiconductor laser plus Xper CT technique was carried out for the patients of the study group.The postoperative 3-d,5-d,and 7-d hematoma clearance rates and the postoperative one-month,3-month,and 6-month prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative 3-d,5-d,and 7-d hematoma clearance rates in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).One month after treatment,the difference in the modified Rankin scale(mRS)score between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).But at 3 months and 6 months after treatment,the difference in the mRS score was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Semiconductor laser combined with Xper CT for puncture of brainstem hemorrhage is a practical and easy-to-master minimally-invasive surgical method with the advantages of real-time guidance,precise positioning,simple-easy to operate,etc.
