Abstract:
Objective To conduct a systematic search for qualitative studies that explore the experience and needs of risk communication in the pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases,so as to provide references for risk communication strategies of cardiovascular diseases.Methods Qualitative studies on the experience and needs of cardiovascular disease risk communication among high-risk groups in relevant domestic and foreign databases were retrieved from database inception inception to October 2023.Results A total of 10 studies were included,and 33 findings were collected.Similar results were grouped into 10 new categories,and these categories were integrated into 4 synthesis results,including benefits of risk communication,attitude towards risk communication emotional response caused by risk communication,demand and expectation for risk communication.Conclusion Risk communication is an important premise of strengthening primary prevention for cardiovascular diseases.The effect of risk communication has been affirmed by most patients with risk factors,but there are still shortcomings.In the future,we should continuously optimize risk assessment tools,improve the content,form and timing of risk communication,strengthen the construction of risk communication teams,provide social support,and improve the effect of risk communication.
