Abstract: With custom-orientation,mobile,multimedia,social activity style,low cost,efficient and convenient features,the WeChat public platform has become a new approach for daily education in colleges and universities.As a first step,the task group es-tablished the WeChat public platform supplementing the classroom teaching in the obstetrics and gynecology course and related teaching contents were loaded on the platform for self-study by students after class.Then,the practice of the flipped classroom teaching based on the WeChat public platform was closely observed.Finally,questionnaire survey and interview were conducted to evaluate the rate of sat -isfaction on the part of both students and teachers.
