Abstract:
Objective To construct an integrated military hospital information performance evaluation system based on the Balanced Scorecard.Methods Through the access of analyzing the problems that existed in the military hospital information perform -ance evaluation system and in accordance with the characteristics of evaluation system,and by using the principle of the Balanced Score-card,the evaluation system of the military hospital information performance was constructed.Results From the 4 dimensions of value contribution,satisfaction,process management and innovation transformation, an evaluation system comprising 27 evaluation indexes was established,thus constructing a complete evaluation index system of the military hospital information.Conclusion The application of the Balanced Scorecard was of great importance for the improvement of the performance evaluation process of the military hospital in -formation and accuracy of evaluation results.
