Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of modified continuous urinary bladder irrigation on the patients with transurethral resection of the prostate .Methods Clinical data of 90 patients with transurethral prostate resection treated in the hospital from November 2014 to November 2016 were collected for the study .The patients were divided into the observation group and the con-trol group in accordance with different treatment methods , each consisting of 45 patients. The observation group was treated with im-proved continuous bladder irrigation , while the control group was treated with conventional irrigation , after surgery. The positive rate of bacteria culture and clinical efficacy were compared between the 2 groups. At the same time, adverse reactions during and after treat-ment were closely observed and recorded .Results Research results showed that the incidence of adverse reactions in the patients of the observation group with bladder spasm pain , urine tube clogging , rinse reflux and urine leakage in the ureter was significantly lower than that of the control group, and statistical significance could be noted when comparisons were made between the 2 groups(P<0.05).To-tal effective rate of the observation group was 91.1% (41/45), which was significantly higher than that of the control group 71.1%(32/45), with statistical significance(P<0.05).However, there were no significant differences in the positive rate of bacteria detec-tion(P>0.05).Conclusion The improved continuous bladder irrigation could achieve good therapeutic effects on the patients who underwent transurethral prostate resection , and it also could significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions .All this indicated that this treatment method had high clinical value in the patients following transurethral resection .
