Abstract:
Objective Explore the effects of continuous quality improvement on the nursing satisfaction of patients admitted in the hepatobililiary surgical department.Methods The evaluation criteria on nursing quality management was established,the noval model of continuous quality improvement was developed,which included the evaluation standards,evaluation methods,process monitoring,as well feedback and further improvement.Three hundred and sixty patients who were admitted into the hospital for treatment from June 2014 to June 2015 were randomly selected as study subjects,and were assigned as the intervention group.Another 360 patients who sought medical care in the hospital were recruited as the control,and then,rates of nursing satisfaction were compared before and after nursing improvement.Results After continuous quality improvement,various evaluation indexes concerning nursing quality showed a trend of steady rise,and the rate of patient satisfaction increased significantly,and statistical significance could be seen,when comparisons were made between the observation group and the control group.Conclusion Continuous quality improvement coull significantly improve nursing quality,increase the rate of nursing satisfaction and effectively avoid disputes between nurses and patients.
