Abstract:
Objective To know job satisfaction of special service personnel through the questionnaire survey and to analyze reasons for job satisfaction or dissatisfaction , so as to provide evidence for the enhancement of their military operational performance . Methods A random questionnaire survey was performed on the 246 special service personnel from the Guilin Sanatorium by using the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire ( MSQ) and the results obtained were analyzed statistically .Results Overall job satisfaction of the special service personnel was rather high .The types of plane they were flying , age, professional tittles, length of profession and monthly income were the main influential factors affecting total job satisfaction (P<0.05).Conclusion The differences in job satisfaction a-mong the special service personnel were mainly shown in political or spiritual treatment , rather than material benefits .Effective manage-ment measures should be taken to increase externally the job satisfaction of special service personnel .
