Abstract:
Objective To explore methods and effects of aviation physiological and psychological training on naval aviators . Methods One hundred and sixty-five aviators, who stayed in a certain sanatorium from March 2013 to May 2014, were used as our research subjects of aviation physiological and psychological training .Training methods included vestibular disorientation training , com-plex angular acceleration adaptation training and muscular coordination anti -G training. Then, training methods and results were ana-lyzed and evaluated accordingly .Results In the 165 aviators who received special orientation training , every aviator experienced simu-lated disorientation at least 3 times during spatial orientation training , with an induction rate of 100%.The qualified rate of 42 high-per-formance fighter pilots increased from 92.86%to 100%.Anti-G capacity of the aviators improved significantly after muscular coordina-tion anti-G training, with the qualified rate increasing from 88.5%to 100%.Conclusion Through actual training , the aviators had a better understanding of the purpose and significance of aviation training both theoretically and practically .Their consciousness and the enthusiasm for aviation training were greatly aroused .Furthermore, actual training enabled them to have better mastery of aviation train-ing methods and enhance self-health promotion, most importantly, it improved their spatial orientation and anti-G capacity.
