Abstract:
TCM treatment for diabetic foot ulcers mainly involves Wnt, Nrf2, PI3K/Akt, NF-κB signaling pathway, Notch, TGF-β/Smad and HIF-1α/VEGF signaling pathway. TCM monomers, compounds and extracts can promote wound healing by regulating related signaling pathways, reducing the release of inflammatory factors, anti-oxidative stress, and promoting angiogenesis and granulation tissue regeneration.
