Abstract: Various metabolic enzymes and signaling molecules in the reprogramming process of glucose metabolism are involved in the occurrence and development of lung cancer. The study of these metabolic enzymes and signaling molecules is one of the hot spots and directions in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer. Fructose-bisphosphate aldolase A (ALDOA) is an important catalytic enzyme in the reprogramming of glucose metabolism, and the abnormal expression of ALDOA is intricately related to the occurrence and development of lung cancer. Systematically exploring of the role of ALDOA in lung cancer metabolism may provide new ideas for predicting the metastasis, prognosis, and treatment after drug resistance of lung cancer.
