Abstract:
Acute pancreatitis (AP) is a common digestive disease with high morbidity and mortality. The pathogenesis of AP is complex, involving the interaction of multiple cellular pathways and signaling molecules. In recent years, significant progress has been made in the related research on the molecular mechanism of AP, including calcium overload, mitochondrial dysfunction, abnormal activation of pancreatic enzymes, oxidative stress, inflammatory response, etc. This article summarizes the important molecular mechanisms and signaling pathways involved in AP, with the aim of enhancing the understanding of AP and providing new directions and ideas for the treatment of AP.
