Abstract:
Cow 's milk protein allergy(CMPA)is a complex immune reaction mediated by immunoglobulin E(IgE),non-IgE or a mixture of the two.Neonate,as a special group, whose nutrition comes from breast milk and/or formula milk, are prone to CMPA.Studies have shown that genetic factors, environmental factors, immune factors, intestinal mucosal barrier, intrauterine sensitization, diet factors, delivery mode, gestational age may have a certain relationship with the occurrence of neonatal CMPA.This article will make a review on the pathogenic factors of neonatal CMPA from the above aspects,so as to provide clinical basis for its early identification and intervention.
