Abstract: Cow 's milk protein allergy（CMPA）is a complex immune reaction mediated by immunoglobulin E（IgE），non-IgE or a mixture of the two.Neonate，as a special group，whose nutrition comes from breast milk and/or formula milk，are prone to CMPA.Studies have shown that genetic factors，environmental factors，immune factors，intestinal mucosal barrier，intrauterine sensitization，diet factors，delivery mode，gestational age may have a certain relationship with the occurrence of neonatal CMPA.This article will make a review on the pathogenic factors of neonatal CMPA from the above aspects，so as to provide clinical basis for its early identification and intervention.
