Abstract: Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICI) can restore T cell-mediated anti-tumor immune responses and have been widely used to treat various malignancies including breast cancer, colorectal cancer, lung cancer, gastric cancer and lymphoma in recent years. However, different degrees of immune-related adverse events will occur during treatment. Immune-related thrombocytopenia (irTCP) is a common hematological adverse reaction during the use of ICI, but systematic reviews are rarely reported. This article reviews the progress of the pathogenesis, epidemiology, diagnosis, and treatment of irTCP after using ICI.
