- Abstract: Aortic saddle embolism (ASE) is a rare but catastrophic vascular emergency characterized by acute occlusion of the aortic bifurcation, leading to bilateral lower limb ischemia and multiorgan dysfunction. Despite advances in imaging and surgical techniques, ASE has high morbidity and mortality rates, particularly when diagnosis or intervention is delayed. Here, we report two patients admitted to our center to increase awareness among emergency physicians.
