- Abstract: Non-structural maintenance of chromosomes condensin Ⅱ complex subunit D3(NCAPD3) is one of the subunits of condensin complexⅡ, which plays an important role in the process of mitotic chromosome condensation and segregation.NCAPD3 is highly expressed in a variety of malignant tumor tissues, closely related to tumor occurrence, development and poor prognosis. In this paper, the correlation between NCAPD3 abnormal expression and tumors was reviewed, with a view to providing ideas for the clinical translational therapy and novel drug development of NCAPD3 as a new target of tumors.
