Abstract: In 2025， the European Liver and Intestine Transplant Association released the guidelines on the utilization and evaluation of deceased donor livers. The guidelines focus on the definition of high-risk donor livers and the strategies and criteria for dynamic liver assessment， aiming to provide standardized guidance for clinicians. This article gives an excerpt of the key recommendations in the guidelines.
