Abstract:
In order to solve the pain point of continuity of medical services for patients and safe interoperability and sharing of regional data within the medical alliance, a medical alliance data sharing service platform was constructed from the perspective of personal data by adopting technologies such as industrial internet trusted data sharing infrastructure and blockchain health data wallet. It could provide cross-institutional active authorization access services for medical records, inspection and test reports, imaging results and other personal health data for patients in the medical alliance, and explored a new application mode of efficient connection and sharing of distributed personal health and medical data in the medical alliance. Through practical verification, it could achieve standardization of personal health and medical data sharing, effectively control the construction cost of big data platforms, and achieve privacy protection in the data sharing process, so as to provide a leapfrog development path for " data elements×medical health" .
