Abstract:
Fetal arachnoid cyst is a common central nervous system malformation. Prenatal imaging manifestations are prone to confusion with other intracranial cysts. This study comprehensively reviews the literature on fetal arachnoid cysts, including the anatomical foundations, pathogenesis, imaging characteristics, and differential diagnosis. Additionally, the pregnancy management and prognosis of this disease are summarized in this article.
