Abstract: Coronary artery disease(CAD)is the most common cardiovascular disease in the world,with high and continuously raised incidence and mortality.Identifying high-risk plaques can guide clinical treatment decisions.Coronary CT angiography(CCTA)can not only assess the severity of obstructive CAD,but also help to show characteristics of coronary atherosclerotic plaques.The research progresses of CCTA for coronary atherosclerotic plaque were reviewed in this article.
