Effects of hospital-community-family continuous nursing based on "Internet +" in glaucoma patients

Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effect of hospital-community-family continuous nursing based on "Internet +" in glaucoma patients.Methods:From October 2021 to September 2022, 138 glaucoma patients admitted to Xinxiang Central Hospital were selected as the study subject by convenience sampling. According to the random number table method, patients were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 69 cases each. The control group adopted routine nursing outside hospital, while the observation group implemented the hospital-community-family continuous nursing based on "Internet +" on the basis of the control group. The scores of the National Eye Institute Visual Function Questionnaire-25 (NEI-VFQ-25) and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) were compared between two groups.Results:After the intervention, the NEI-VFQ-25 and PSQI scores of the observation group patients decreased compared to before the intervention, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.01). After intervention, the NEI-VFQ-25 and PSQI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences ( P<0.01) . Conclusions:The implementation of hospital-community-family continuous nursing based on "Internet +" can effectively improve the visual related quality of life of glaucoma patients and improve their sleep quality.
