Abstract:
Objective:To build an evaluation system for needs of elderly-oriented home environment modification for elderly people in the community, so as to provide a theoretical basis for scientifically evaluating the needs of needs of elderly-oriented home environment modification for elderly people in the community.Methods:From June 2021 to May 2022, the various levels of indexes of evaluation system for needs of elderly-oriented home environment modification for elderly people in the community were initially constructed through literature review and semi-structured interview methods. From June to August 2022, the Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of expert consultation with 17 experts, and the evaluation system for needs of elderly-oriented home environment modification for elderly people in the community was constructed through the screening and modification of indexes.Results:After two rounds of expert correspondence, the effective recovery rate of the questionnaire was 100.00%, the expert authority coefficient was 0.815 and 0.850, and the Kendall's harmony coefficient was 0.390 and 0.277 (all P<0.05) , respectively. The expert opinions tended to be consistent. Finally, the evaluation system for needs of elderly-oriented home environment modification for elderly people in the community was formed, which included 5 primary indexes (safety protection needs, auxiliary equipment equipment needs, intelligent optimization needs, psychological adjustment needs and health management needs) and 46 secondary indexes. Conclusions:Based on the needs of the elderly in the community, the evaluation system of elderly-oriented home environment modification is scientific, reasonable and practical, which can provide references for future research on elderly-oriented home environment modification.
