Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effects of path-based pain management combined with positive psychological suggestion on pain and negative emotions in patients with traumatic fractures undergoing robot navigation-assisted treatment. Methods:Totally 100 patients with traumatic fractures undergoing robot navigation-assisted treatment admitted to Beijing Jishuitan Hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were selected by convenience sampling and divided into the observation group and control group according to the random number table, with 50 patients in each group. Patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention, while patients in the observation group underwent path-based pain management combined with positive psychological suggestion. The scores of anxiety, depression and pain were compared between the two groups after intervention. Results:From 12 to 72 hours after operation, the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group ( P<0.05). After the intervention, the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:Path-based pain management combined with positive psychological suggestion can reduce postoperative pain, anxiety and depression in patients with traumatic fractures undergoing robot navigation-assisted treatment.
