Abstract:
With the acceleration of the global aging process, pension problem has become increasingly prominent. Home-based elderly care is one of the main endowment patterns of the aged, home environment directly affects the quality of life of the aged. Therefore, to create a good home environment for the aged has become the main goal to the aging friendly home environment adaption in many countries. At present, representative aging friendly home environment adaptation models in foreign countries include the model based on public welfare policy, long-term care insurance and the model based on market mechanism and policy guidance. Some areas in our country have carried out ageing friendly home environment adaptation, but there was no mature model formed at present. Therefore, this article summarizes foreign representative modes of ageing friendly home environment adaptation, analyzes its characteristics, advantages and disadvantages, and summarizes the transformation experience, so as to provide a reference for aging friendly home environment adaptation in our country.
