Abstract:
Objective:To explore the effect of empathy intervention combined with caring behavior on the psychological state of parents in children with congenital biliary dilatation (CBD) .Methods:From June 2020 to May 2022, 116 children with CBD admitted to Hunan Children's Hospital and 116 main caring parents were selected as research subjects. The 58 children admitted from June 2020 to May 2021 and 58 parents were set up as the control group to implement routine perioperative intervention. The 58 children admitted from June 2021 to May 2022 and 58 parents were set up as the study group to implement empathy intervention combined with caring behavior on the basis of the control group. The Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) , the Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7) , and the Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire (MCMQ) were used to assess the psychological stress, anxiety and coping styles of parents before and after the intervention. Results:After the intervention, the SCL-90 score and the confrontation dimension score in MCMQ in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention, and the GAD-7 score and the avoidance and resignation dimension scores in MCMQ were lower than those before the intervention, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . After the intervention, the SCL-90 score and the confrontation dimension score in MCMQ in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the GAD-7 score was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . After the intervention, there was no statistical difference in avoidance and resignation dimension scores in MCMQ between the two groups ( P>0.05) . Conclusions:Empathy intervention combined with caring behavior can effectively improve the psychological stress of parents of children with CBD, reduce their anxiety and improve their coping ability, and is conducive to reducing the risk of medical disputes, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
